The 2019 model LEKI poles are not adjustable but fixed length poles that fold down to only 35 cm (on 115 cm long poles) which make them ideal for trail running, serious hiking and of course nordic walking. A special feature is the additional cork layer below the grip for situations where holding the poles rather than be strapped in is preferred.
